DHK型快速環(huán)鏈電動(dòng)葫蘆 ,使用規(guī)則。適用場(chǎng)所設(shè)備制造、生產(chǎn)加工、倉儲(chǔ)物流、船塢碼頭等。
1、使用前必須對(duì)吊鉤、鏈條、吊銷等部件進(jìn)行檢查，確認(rèn)機(jī)件完好無損后，方可使用。
2、使用時(shí)，必須確認(rèn)被提升物不得超過產(chǎn)品額定起重量，也不能用兩臺(tái)產(chǎn)品同時(shí)提升一件物品。
3、提升重物前，起重鏈條應(yīng)自然垂直懸掛，不得斜吊，雙行起重鏈條產(chǎn)品，下吊鉤嚴(yán)禁在兩行鏈中翻轉(zhuǎn)，重物提升高度不得超過額定起重高度。
4、提升重物時(shí)，嚴(yán)禁工作人員在重物下面做任何工作或行走。
5、電源電壓，頻率必須符合銘牌上面的規(guī)定，在額定功率下，電壓不得低于額定值的90%。
6、產(chǎn)品應(yīng)避免雨淋，也不適合于提升有毒、有腐蝕、高溫高壓、易燃易爆的物品，工作環(huán)境應(yīng)符合：溫度-25℃+40℃，濕度＜90°。
7、產(chǎn)品當(dāng)用于腳手架整體提升時(shí)，應(yīng)有專人安裝、操作，懸掛結(jié)束后，應(yīng)由空載試運(yùn)行，檢查各連接件、起重鏈、吊鉤等有無異常，確認(rèn)完好后在使用。掛架前應(yīng)調(diào)整起重鏈條的長(zhǎng)度，使掛架后每臺(tái)電動(dòng)葫蘆的起重鏈條的張緊度一致，提升時(shí)，應(yīng)有專人觀察每臺(tái)產(chǎn)品，查看腳手架是否與墻體相碰。提升機(jī)是否有異常聲音或卡鏈，發(fā)現(xiàn)異常應(yīng)立即停機(jī)檢查，排除故障后，方可使用。

2. When using, it must be confirmed that the lifting object shall not exceed the rated lifting weight of the product, and it is not allowed to lift one object with two products at the same time.
3. Before lifting heavy objects, the lifting chain shall be naturally suspended vertically without inclined lifting. Double row lifting chain products are prohibited.
4. When lifting heavy objects, it is strictly prohibited for staff to do any work or walk under the heavy objects.
5. The power supply voltage and frequency must meet the requirements specified on the nameplate, and the voltage shall not be lower than 90% of the rated value at the rated power.
6, the product should avoid the rain, also not suitable for ascension toxic, corrosion, high temperature and high pressure, inflammable and explosive items, work environment should meet: temperature 25 ℃ + 40 ℃, humidity < 90 °.
7. When the product is used for the overall hoisting of the scaffold, it shall be installed and operated by a special person. After the suspension, it shall be carried out no-load test run to check whether there is any abnormality in the connecting parts, lifting chain and lifting hook, etc., and it shall be put into use after being confirmed intact. The length of lifting chain shall be adjusted before the hanger to make the tension of lifting chain of each electric hoist behind the hanger consistent. When lifting, special personnel shall observe each product to check whether the scaffold touches the wall. If there is any abnormal sound or card chain in the elevator, stop the machine to check if there is any abnormal sound or card chain.
